On Thursday June 21st, during the Summer menu presentation, un posto a Milano invites you to a priceless dinner. Or better: you will establish its price and its value too.
What should you expect?
For each dish you order, you can indicate a price and leave a comment. At the end of the evening, you will pay what you think it’s the right price and who will guess exactly the value of their dinner will win a voucher (equal to the value of the receipt of June 21st) to be spent for a dinner when the autumn menu will be out – around the middle of September.
WHAT WERE WE THINKING?
We strongly believe that the approach to food, to the ingredients selections, to the production history of what is on our tables can be improved through an educational and cultural process. This is the philosophy that we are following from April 2012 and that we have summarized in a simple slogan: the REAL MILE FOOD.
Supporting the work of over a hundred Italian producers – farmers, breeders, shepherds, cheesemakers, winemakers, brewers, butchers, fishermen, millers, bakers, olive growers, dryers, roasters… – we work everyday to spread a more aware, sustainable, attentive and informed culinary culture.
This is the reason why
this dinner is priceless.
