If you want to have lunch with REAL FOOD MILE, in a slower and more relaxed pace than usual, on August 15th we have two special menus prepared with ingredients chosen with Cortilia.

TRADITIONAL MENU

TASTINGS
Castelvetrano olives with garlic, oil and chilli peppers
Pinzimonio, vegetable crudités with honey mayonnaise prepared with organic eggs from Cascina Pizzo di Mediglia (Milano) and EVO from the Hyblean mountains
Russian salad with bread croutons and fine herbs
Soppressa Padovana (Paduan typical salami) and organic grilled polenta
Buffalo mozzarella with smoked aubergine cream and basil

FIRST COURSES
Lasagnetta with courgettes, courgette flowers, cheese and pepper sauce
Artisan cappellacci pasta with nettle from La Sfoglia artisan workshop in Reggio Emilia, filled with mozzarella sauce and nettle powder.

MAIN COURSE
Chicken from La Fornace farm in  Montiglio Monferrato (Asti) marinated with oil, lemon and rosemary and then grilled
Nero di Parma pork asado seasoned with fine herbs and grilled
Salami cooked at low temperature and grilled.

SIDE DISHES
Roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary
Warm peperonata (peppers cooked with tomatoes and onions)
Organic mixed field greens from Corbari farm in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milano) and vegetables

DESSERTS
Summer tart with raspberry mousse and candied lemons
Watermelon
