Or better: you will establish its price and its value too.<\/p>\n<h2>What should you expect?<\/h2>\n<p>For each dish you order, you can indicate a price and leave a comment.\u00a0At the end of the evening, <strong>you will pay what you think it&#8217;s the right price<\/strong> and who will guess exactly the value of their dinner will win <strong>a voucher\u00a0<\/strong>(equal to the value of the receipt of June 21st) <strong>to be spent for a dinner<\/strong> when the autumn menu will be out &#8211; around the middle of September.<\/p>\n<h2>WHAT WERE WE THINKING?<\/h2>\n<p>We strongly believe that the <strong>approach to food<\/strong>, to the <strong>ingredients selections<\/strong>, to the <strong>production history<\/strong> of what is on our tables can be improved through an educational and cultural process.\u00a0This is the philosophy that we are following from April 2012 and that we have summarized in a simple slogan: the <strong>REAL MILE FOOD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting the work of<strong> over a hundred Italian producers<\/strong> &#8211; farmers, breeders, shepherds, cheesemakers, winemakers, brewers, butchers, fishermen, millers, bakers, olive growers, dryers, roasters&#8230; &#8211; we work everyday <strong>to spread a more aware, sustainable, attentive and informed culinary culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is the reason why<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>this dinner is priceless<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Here are just some of the producers who will work with us at the 2018 Summer menu:<em> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centrodellamozzarella.it\/\">Centro della Mozzarella<\/a><\/em>, Milano; <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cascinafraschina.it\/\">Cascina Fraschina organic farm<\/a><\/em>, Abbiategrasso (Milano); <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pianogrillo.it\/en\/azienda\">Pianogrillo organic farm<\/a><\/em>, Charamonte Gufi (Ragusa); <em>S.
