During these days, over 150 producers from all over the world will present their wines through a rich agenda of tastings.<\/p>\n<p>For the occasion, <strong>on Sunday, March 4th, from 7.30 pm<\/strong>, we&#8217;ll wait for you in <strong>un posto a Milano<\/strong> for a special evening, that will be all about good wine: <strong>a dinner with tasting together with bodegueros and winzer<\/strong>, during which you&#8217;ll have the chance to meet some of the best Spanish and Austrian producers of the natural wineries and to taste a large selection of their wines.<br \/>\nFor the occasion Nicola Cavallaro, un posto a Milano&#8217;s Chef, will prepare <strong>a special men\u00f9<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A selection of appetizers<\/strong><br \/>\nHome-made breadsticks*<br \/>\nTypical Italian focaccia (from Colli Euganei) made with rosemary*<br \/>\nBeetroot and chickpea hummus with raw vegetables and cereal bread*<br \/>\nSeasoned olives with garlic, oil and hot pepper*<br \/>\nSarde in sa\u00f2r (typical Italian dish with sardines) with mixed field greens*<br \/>\nBaccal\u00e0 mantecato (creamed cod fish) with sheets of vegetal carbon*<br \/>\nA selection of artisan cold cuts: coppa, pancetta, soppressa<br \/>\nMixed pickled vegetables*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Main course<\/strong><br \/>\nSaffron risotto*<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dessert<\/strong><br \/>\nTiramisu*<\/p>\n<p><strong>BODEGUEROS AND AUSTRIAN PRODUCERS: SOME NAMES<\/strong><br \/>\nOn Sunday evening, <strong>La Gutina<\/strong> will be with us, a bodega owned by Barbara Magugliani and her partner who decided to found it in Girona in 2006 for the potential of the environment, landscape and historical heritage of the region.
