However, to avoid any misunderstanding, our Chef proposes two of them:

Small lasagna with courgettes, courgette flower and cheese and pepper sauce
Cappelletti ‘alla caprese’ (tomatoes, mozzarella and basil) with tomato sauce and marjoran

Chicken marinated with oil, lemon, rosmary and garlic and the cooked at low temperature and grilled
Picanha of vaca vieja cooked at low temperature and grilled

Summery little tart with raspberry foam and candied lemon
